Happy Limerick Day

Yes, today is Limerick Day. In honor of that, here are a few clean limericks:

There was a young belle of old Natchez
Whose garments were always in patchez.
When comment arose On the state of her clothes,
She replied, "When Ah itchez, Ah scratchez".

A wonderful bird is the Pelican.
His beak can hold more than his belly can.
He can hold in his beak Enough food for a week!
But I'll be darned if I know how the hellican?

Now, while being a Bell, I know more than my share of dirty limericks (thanks to my Grandpa Bell), but I will keep it family-friendly here today. Anyway, we are all on the road to recovery. I will do another post about that once I am finally over all of it. Happy Limerick Day to all!
